By creating an account or publishing content on AUREUM MODELS you accept these terms. Aureum represents adults aged 18 and over exclusively.
1. Representation and profiles
Talent is responsible for the accuracy of their profile information, including measurements, experience and availability. Aureum may reject or remove any profile that breaks these terms.
2. Commercial use
Rates, usage rights and the scope of each campaign must be agreed in writing before any work starts.
3. Prohibited conduct
The platform may not be used to offer or request in-person sexual services, escorting, or any activity involving exploitation.
4. Payments and fees
Applicable fees are shown before any booking managed through the platform is confirmed.
5. Payments, refunds and data
Payments, fees and refunds are explained on Payments, fees and refunds; data handling and age verification on Personal data and age verification; and the hiring rules on Marketplace rules. They are part of these terms.
6. Suspension
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law, or that put other people at risk. You can close your account at any time from Settings.
7. Changes
If we change these terms in a significant way we will tell you in the platform. Continuing to use it afterwards means you accept the changes.
